Martin Worsch is a managing partner and founder of ALLEGRO Consulting and has been successful in the field of executive search for more than 22 years. He advises renowned clients in various sectors when it comes to filling top executive and specialist positions. Our clients appreciate his clear focus on success and pragmatic solutions as well as his high level of personal commitment and willingness to go the extra mile. Martin supports clients both in Austria and abroad. After his business studies in Austria and at both Harvard and the UCLA, he also completed an executive MBA. His numerous international consulting projects and many years of management experience today form the basis for successfully and sustainably filling vacancies.

Ulrich Gindelhuber is a partner at ALLEGRO Consulting. Specialising in direct search & selection, Ulrich has been supporting international and domestic clients for more than 16 years in the search for and selection of managers and professionals. He has wide-ranging experience in headhunting and develops tailor-made strategies which he successfully deploys with outstanding commitment levels. Our clients see him as a trusted advisor. An educational background in business administration was followed by management positions in Austria and the USA. Ulrich regards well-prepared personnel decisions as the key lever for sustainable corporate success and adopts a transparent and target approach to consulting.

Richard Kromar

Partner, Vienna

Richard Kromar is a partner at ALLEGRO Consulting. Richard has been advising corporate groups and SMEs in various industries on filling specialist and management positions since 2007. His main focus is on positions in the areas of sales, technology and project management. Richard attaches particular importance to providing clients honest advice and showing appreciation for all clients and candidates. Before becoming a personnel consultant, this graduate of journalism and political sciences gained experience in sales and in the media industry. Born in 1976, he is the father of two sons (Tobias and Jacob), a big tennis fan and an enthusiastic concert and opera goer.

Andreas Bachtrögler

Partner, Vienna

Andreas Bachtrögler is a partner at ALLEGRO Consulting and advises prestigious companies, both large and small, in many industries when it comes to finding and selecting specialists and managers. He is an expert in the areas of management, organisation, business development and sales. Besides Vienna, he mainly serves clients in Lower Austria, Upper Austria and Salzburg. Before joining ALLEGRO Consulting, Andreas spent over 20 years in top management positions at national and international technology companies. A graduate of the Vienna Technical University, he went on to gain extensive experience in various positions as department head, sales manager and general manager.

Gerlinde Holliber

Research Consultant

Gerlinde Holliber works as a research consultant at ALLEGRO Consulting. Gerlinde establishes a perfect match between our clients’ management tasks and the expertise of the managers in our network to form the basis for swiftly and accurately identifying exactly the right manager for our clients. Since graduating in educational science and psychology, as well as gaining a diploma in human resource management and business administration, Gerlinde has gained more than 20 years of experience in consulting and service provision, working among others as a research consultant with a focus on family and owner-operated companies as well as a project assistant and coordinator. Her main task-based areas are in the implementation of national and international executive search projects for clients in various sectors, the systematic and targeted identification of potential managers, industries and companies, as well as their organisations, and filling top executive and specialist positions.

Thomas Böker

Manager Operations, Kassel

Thomas Böker is Operations Manager at ALLEGRO Consulting. Since 2013, he has been searching for and identifying specialists and managers mainly in the areas of sales and technology for clients in Germany. He is tasked with setting up and managing the project team in Germany. Thomas’ #1 objective is guaranteeing client satisfaction by means of swift, successful and sustainable project implementation. Key factors in reaching this objective are courteous and honest communication and support for candidates throughout the search and hiring process as well as a high level of personal commitment and loyalty to clients. Prior to joining Allegro Consulting, Thomas enjoyed success as a self-employed salesman of vacancy ads in specialist magazines. He subsequently moved on to business and personnel consulting before ultimately joining Allegro Consulting.

Lukas Huber

Managing Director, Munich

Lukas Huber is Managing Director at ALLEGRO Consulting. He supports national and international clients in the search and selection of experts. His focus is on the areas of manufacturing and IT. Lukas looks back on several years of well-founded experience in strategy and personnel consulting, advising both global corporations and SMEs. He successfully studied business administration (M.Sc.) at the LMU and, thanks to his focus on technology and innovation and his professional experience, knows how to combine both technological and business aspects. With this knowledge, he is able to advise companies holistically and successfully.

Jenny Tausch

Project Manager, Munich

Jenny Tausch works as a Research Consultant at ALLEGRO Consulting. She supports the search for sales and service-oriented experts on behalf of leading companies in the tool, construction and agricultural machinery industries. Within her biology studies she discovered her enthusiasm for Personnel Consulting through her work-study activities. Since obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree, she has devoted herself entirely to personnel consulting at ALLEGRO. With her scientific mindset, Jenny attaches great importance to thorough research and accuracy when selecting competent individuals for your company.
